ALAZEL (Insulator)

Description: Is an water –based coating, give Semi-Transparent Layer after finishing, High Resistant to water and  tough weather conditions.

Features:

• Can be applied on: masonry, concrete surface.

• Environment friendly, lead free.

Instructions for use

1)Surface preparation:

• Surface must be clean, free from oil, grease, dirt.. etc.

2)Application steps:

• First coat is diluted 100%by volume with water to give a priming coat and seal all the pores of the substrate and is left to dry for 4 hours.
• Tow coat are applied with no dilution in a cross direction, leave 24 hours between each coat.

Application tools: Brush-Roller.

Spreading Rate: 10-12m2/kg (according to surface nature, recommended DFT from 30 to 40µm/coat).

Packaging:  1kg, 4kg, 10kg, 15Kg

Storage & Shelf life: 18 months in original tightly closed containers away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
