ALAZEL (Rubber Insulator)

Description: Is an water –based roof coating, Consisted of elastomeric acrylic material specially designed to give maximum protection for the roofs of different building from tough weather conditions, it can also protect from heat due to its white color.

Instructions for use

1)Surface preparation:

• Surface must be clean, free from oil, grease, dirt.. etc.

2)Application steps:

• First coat is diluted 100%by volume with water to give a priming coat and seal all the pores of the substrate and is left to dry for 4 hours.
• Tow coat are applied with no dilution in a cross direction, leave 24 hours between each coat.

Application tools: Brush-Roller.

Spreading Rate: 10-12m2/kg (according to surface nature).

Packaging:  1kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15Kg

Storage & Shelf life: 18 months in original tightly closed containers away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
