Description: Alwaha primer is modified alkyd resin –based single component metal primer formulated to contain zinc phosphate, an anti-corrosive pigment

Instructions for use

• Steel surface must be free from oil, grease, dirty
• Remove any loose scale, rust by manual wire brush or mechanically.
• Stir contents well before use.
• IN CASE OF USING BRUSH: dilute (5-10%)
• In case of using spraying applications:  dilute 20%

Application tools: Brush – spray gun.

Spreading Rate: 9 to 11 m/kg per coat according to recommended dray film thickness – From (100 to 150 micro)

Packaging:  1kg, 4kg

Storage & Shelf life: 18 months in original tightly closed containers away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
