Instructions for Use:

(1) Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean and free of oils, grease, dust, and any other contaminants. – Previously Painted Surfaces: Wash and allow sufficient time for the old paint to dry completely before preparing the surface for painting.

(2) Application Steps:

Metal surfaces: Al Waha primer must be used before applying Al Waha Zmalto.

Concrete surfaces: Al Waha sealer is used to close pores before applying Al Waha putty without additives. The putty surface should be sanded before applying the appropriate paint. The surface is then coated with one or two coats of Al Waha Zmalto.

If using a brush or roller: First coat: Dilute with 15% turpentine. Second coat: Dilute with 5% turpentine.

If using a spray gun: Dilute with 10-15% turpentine, depending on the type of gun.

Application tools: Brush / Roller / Spray gun

Coverage: 11-13 square meters per kilogram at the suggested dry coat thickness (30-40 microns), depending on the surface condition and porosity.
