A high-quality white surface sealant that provides a high-quality, elastic, moisture-proof, and waterproof layer that is resistant to weather fluctuations, has good adhesion and flexibility, and does not crack.

Instructions for Use:
- Ensure the surface to be painted is clean and free of oils and dust.
- If applying the product to previously painted surfaces, ensure the surface is clean, free of any loose paint layer or foreign materials, and free of any contaminants to guarantee strong adhesion.
- Apply one coat of Extra Sealant with a wide brush after diluting it with 50% water as a primer to seal all pores. Allow to dry for 4 hours.
- Apply two coats of Extra Sealant undiluted in two perpendicular directions, allowing at least 24 hours between coats.
Application Tools: Brush – Roller.
Coverage: 12-14 m²/liter depending on surface conditions.
